3 Pack Epoxy Adhesive System
Introducing 3 Pack Epoxy Adhesive system for fixing Road Safety products
We have formulated three components pack; resin, hardener & filler (silica), for fixing Raised Pavement Markers (RPM/Road Studs/Cat eye), Spring Post, Median Marker, Plastic and Rubber Speed Bumps/Breakers, Rumble Strips Etc. on asphalt & concrete surfaces.
Single pack weights 4.5Kgs and consists of 3 components
- Epoxy Resin (1 Kg)
- Hardener (500 Grams)
- Quartz Sand (for adding strength) (3 Kgs)
Just mix the epoxy and hardener in desired quantity in 2:1 ratio and add fillers and mix it until a paste is formed. Then, simply place the adhesive on the road and fix the product. Our Epoxy adhesive system cures very fast, so more road blockage and it is also free from any kind of solvents, so you can fix the road studs at the center of road without using nail. Only Epoxy Adhesive kit in the market which can provide better results as compared to 3M.
